The 16th China (Shanghai) Real Estate Investment Exhibition, 2020 attracted Wanke, Dahua Group, Overseas Chinese Town, Greenland Group, Poly Real Estate, Zobon Real Estate and other well-known real estate enterprises to participate in the exhibition. Kunshan Mengzhicheng Garden City Image and tourism real estate marketing groups, properties along the metro lines and other special groups with unique features made their splendid appearance in the exhibition. Sending of gifts with features, discounts for purchasing in groups, receiving cars for free with the purchase of house, vying for purchase on special price、interactive quiz on property price guessing and other activities were held creating the most favorable transaction platform for the public. Officials from the government department worked on the spot to explain the relevant policies on property purchasing, talent introduction, purchasing qualifications for the property buyers, forming the most authentic and comprehensive real estate information platform.

“第十六届上海房产投资展览会”于2020年7月15-17日在上海新国际博览中心胜利闭幕。历经7年的发展，已经成为上海市房产行业规模最大、影响力最广的专业展览会。展会集中展示了众多知名房产开发商开发的高端度假别墅、花园式楼盘、沿河而建的生态居住高档小区及周边相关服务、休闲、景观为一体人居环境，展示总面积达2万平米，共吸引了包括上海及周边城市的250家知名企业参展。
The 16th China (Shanghai) Real Estate Investment Exhibition was successfully held in Shanghai New International Expo Center from 15nd-17th July, 2020. After 7 years of development, it has become a professional exhibition at the largest scale and with the most extensive influence. The exhibition focused on displaying many high-end holiday villas、garden-style properties for sale, high-end ecological residential communities along the rivers and living environment that combines its surrounding services, relaxation facilities and landscapes developed by well-known real estate developers, with its total displayed area reaching 20,000 ㎡, attracting 250 well-known enterprises from Shanghai and its neighboring cities to participate in the exhibition.

亮点一：科技布展。以AR技术、航拍来呈现楼盘全景，零距离看展。

亮点三：举办“对接江浙 融入华东”2023年上海轨道交通发展论坛。请专家分析轨道交通对城市持续发展及房地产转型升级的影响和价值；

Highlight One: Exhibition will be set up with technology. Real estate properties will be displayed with AR technology and aerial photography to achieve zero-distance of properties visits during the exhibition.
Highlight Two: Pick-up and drop-off services will be offers between the exhibition center and the real estate property sites. Properties can be seen on site.
Highlight Three: It will hold “Connecting Jiangsu & Zhejiang Provinces and Integrating into the Eastern China Region”--the 2023 Shanghai Intercity and Urban Mass Transit Development Forum and will invite experts to analyze the influences and values of the intercity and urban mass transportation on the sustainable development of cities and the transformation and upgrading of the real estate market.
Highlight Four: The exhibition site will include 5 sections to display the brands of the enterprises, and will carry out large scale publicity with the help of mobile media and the Internet.
